1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • 30-Day Return Period: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Unused Condition: Products must be in original, unused condition

  • Original Packaging: All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included

  • Complete Product: No parts or components missing

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

  • Opened software or electronic programming components

  • Special order or custom-configured equipment

  • Used demonstration units (unless defective)

  • Installation kits that have been opened

  • Clearance items marked as “final sale”

3. Return Process

Step 1: Contact our customer service team for a Return Authorization (RA) number

Step 2: Once approved, you will receive:

  • RA number (must be clearly marked on outside of package)

  • Return shipping address

  • Specific instructions for your return

Step 3: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Returns received without an RA number will not be processed

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-error returns: Customer pays return shipping

  • Defective/wrong item shipped: Aston Technologies pays return shipping

  • Freight items: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping charges: Non-refundable

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after receipt

  • Refund method: Original payment method

  • Notification: You will receive email confirmation when refund is processed

6. Restocking Fee

  • Standard returns: 15% restocking fee applies

  • Freight items: 20% restocking fee applies

  • No restocking fee for items that are defective or incorrect shipments from our side

7. Defective or Damaged Items

Report within 48 hours of delivery:

  2. Provide photos of the damage/defect

  3. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or return

  4. Keep all original packaging

8. Warranty Claims

All equipment includes manufacturer warranties:

  • Contact us for warranty service authorization

  • We will coordinate with the manufacturer

  • Warranty terms vary by product – refer to your product documentation

9. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be reduced or denied for:

  • Items returned in used or damaged condition

  • Missing components or accessories

  • Items not returned in original packaging

  • Returns received after 30 days

10. Exchange Policy

We gladly exchange items for:

  • Different model or size

  • Color variations

  • Equipment upgrades

Normal return shipping costs apply for exchanges

11. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without penalty. After 24 hours, cancellation may incur processing fees.

12. Special Circumstances

Freight Equipment Returns (Wheel Balancers, Tire Changers, Lifts):

  • Customer responsible for crating/packaging

  • Must use approved freight carrier

  • Subject to manufacturer approval for defects

  • Return shipping costs typically $300-$800 depending on location
